"This was our first trip to SA and our first wine-tasting tour. Allan was
perfect for us! He started our tour by telling us about the history of South Africa.
He planned our day beautifully and took us to see these magnificent vineyards and
helped us understand the wine-making process. He patiently answered all our questions
and had an interesting, story-like way of explaing things. He is very well-read
and knows a lot about the culture, history and heritage of Cape Town and South Africa.
